Service Work
Service work performed on your bicycle is generally non-refundable once completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues.
Component Purchases
Unused components in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection. Components that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless defective. Custom-ordered components may not be returnable.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate. Defective products must be reported within 30 days of purchase or installation.
Custom Work
Custom work, including frame painting and custom builds, is generally non-refundable once work has begun. Custom orders require approval of specifications before work begins. Changes to custom work specifications may incur additional charges.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom work cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of order.
Warranty Information
Service work is covered by our service warranty for a period specified at the time of service. Component warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. Warranty information is provided with all purchases.
